What we never ask for
SoleMate has no sign-up and no forms. We ask for no name, email, phone number, address or payment details, and we collect nothing that identifies you by name.
Your quiz answers
Your five answers and the seed that settles the tie-break are stored in the browser session storage, which is the memory of that tab. They never leave your device, never reach our servers and disappear the moment you close the tab.
Usage measurement
We measure how the landing is used with our own analytics: when a page loads, which question is answered, when a result is shown and which buttons are pressed. To group those events we generate a random identifier stored in your browser, tied to no identity at all. We also record the device type, with no IP address attached to the event.
Campaign parameters and cookies
If you arrive from an ad or an affiliate link, those campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and the like) are kept for up to 30 days in a cookie and in browser storage, and appended to links so the visit is credited to whoever sent it. We use no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager and no social network pixels.
When you leave for the platform
The button on the result takes you to the model room on a third-party platform. From that point their own privacy policy and cookies apply, and we have no control over them.
Deleting what was stored
Everything SoleMate stores lives in your browser. Clearing this site data from your browser settings removes the identifier, the campaign parameters and any trace of the quiz.
